Dog Friendly Hotels around Cheltenham

Dan, the editor

The Editor Says: Quite honestly, I’d love to wax lyrical about Chelteningham or whatever it’s called, but I’ve never had the chance to mooch around its Regency squares piddling up lampposts. As such, instead of my canine guesswork I’d suggest asking the people where you stay what they recommend and, more practically, where the best widdling lampposts actually are. Mind you, we’re welcome on leads in the grounds of Hailes Abbey near Winchcombe, which is great for the history hound.
